But what does it all mean ;-)
I write songs, I record them. Sometimes with a record company, sometimes in pro studios in Ireland & America, sometimes 'live' in people's living rooms.
I play live all over the world in churches, houses, bars, night clubs, houses of prayer like this one (c-hop.co.uk) and even once in a brothel (you can see the video of that on my blog www.AndyRogersMusic.com).
People come.
Sometimes I hear that the music really changed them, sometimes they find hope that they desperately needed, sometimes they get healed - really!
Sometimes people ask what does it sound like - I say...
"Imagine Sting meets The Waterboys they go down to a local Irish pub and play a session with Kevin Prosch - that's what it sounds like!"
It's an eclectic fusion of various indigenous, Celtic and contemporary sounds.
Sometimes I play solo, sometimes I play with great musicians who make me appear better than I really am!
